I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate Los Angeles real estate since 2003.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked across the Hills, the Westside, the Valley, and everywhere in between. Being a Los Angeles native and having lived throughout the city myself has given me a unique understanding of how differently each neighborhood behaves, not just in terms of pricing, but also buyer psychology, lifestyle, and demand.

 

That’s why I don’t approach Los Angeles as one market. I approach it as a collection of micro-markets, each requiring its own pricing and negotiation strategy.

 

My focus has always been on helping clients make smarter real estate decisions through data-driven analysis, thoughtful positioning, and strong negotiation. Over time, that approach has resulted in listings averaging more than 6% above asking, and buyers securing homes below list, even in competitive markets.

 

I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), a designation focused specifically on real estate negotiation strategy, which gives my clients an added advantage when navigating complex transactions and high-stakes decisions.

 

Before real estate, I earned a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley and spent 10 years working as an Art Director in the entertainment industry designing sets for motion pictures, commercials, and music videos. That background continues to influence how I evaluate space, presentation, layout, and how buyers emotionally respond to a home.

 

I believe real estate is about more than simply opening doors or listing properties. It’s about understanding how a specific property fits within its market, communicating that clearly to clients, and negotiating strategically to create the strongest possible outcome.
