10/23/25 - Buying my first home was overwhelming, but Marc made the whole process feel easy. He was proactive, honest, and incredibly supportive. I had about a million questions, and he patiently explained everything (sometimes more than once). When an old misleading inspection report raised concerns with the bank, he went straight to the source, confirmed it was inaccurate, and even got it revised, which the new building management thanked him for.
