7/22/25 - Marc is a straight shooter with tons of experience. I love his ethics - he works hard, and fights for every penny. Marc showed up for every inspector visit, and there were many, and he explained lot of contract details when I had questions. He's such a winner, and I'd never do a deal without him.

2/7/25 - Marc is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and engaging. He was our agent in selling my elderly mother's home. She felt very comfortable with him because of his warm personality and great ability to explain everything clearly. His working relationship with my brother and me during the whole process was outstanding and he provided helpful advice through the bumps which always occur. He took care of connecting with all the parties, including other family members who needed to be involved, and a friend who rents space on the property, and our attorney. And all this during the horrible fires of early 2025. I would happily work with him again.
